How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Our orders are shipped by our third-party freight carriers. Please allow 5 to 10 days for most products to arrive, specialized or large orders may take longer. We currently offer Free Shipping on all Products & No Sales Tax (Excluding Texas). Ensure that the phone number you enter at checkout is correct. Upon completion of your purchase, an email will be sent to you as a confirmation. This email will serve as proof that your order has been successfully received by our system and that your credit card has been approved for the transaction.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately at support@livethefinest.com to request a cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, it will not be eligible for any cancellation.
In the event that your product arrives damaged, please inspect the packaging upon delivery and make a note of any damage, including damage to the box, when signing for the delivery. If you are unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, please write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@livethefinest.com and we will arrange for a replacement or compensation.
To place an order online, simply click "Add To Cart" on the product you prefer and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete the checkout process. If you prefer to place an order by phone, you can call us at (888) 936-9276. You will receive an immediate order confirmation and we will begin processing your order right away.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing credit card authorization and shipping/billing information. We will process your order immediately and send you an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number. If an item becomes out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone within one business day. While we strive to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, there may be rare instances where an item is unavailable.
