Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 days if the brand allows returns. If the brand does not allow returns, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your return request. Please note that returns can only be made through mail and the item must be in new condition. Refund Processing: Upon receiving and confirming the returned item, we will promptly initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in the same condition as when you received it. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with returns. There would be a Restocking fee 10% of the product price. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging. Our returns policy includes the actual cost of return shipping for remorse, and there is no fee for returning defective items.

Please be aware that certain types of goods cannot be returned or refunded. This includes products shipped from outside of the U.S., perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
