When Will Your Order Arrive?

Please ensure that the phone number you enter at checkout is correct. Our orders are shipped by our third-party freight carriers. Please allow 5 to 10 days for most products to arrive, specialized or large orders may take longer. Upon completion of your purchase, an email will be sent to you as a confirmation. This email will serve as proof that your order has been successfully received by our system and that your credit card has been approved for the transaction.

Rest assured, we will not charge your card until the item is ready to be shipped, unless there is a backorder situation where we may need to hold the item for you. Once we receive your order, we will promptly process it by verifying the availability of the items in stock and preparing them for shipment.

In the event that any of the items you have purchased are on backorder, we will contact you via email within one business day to provide you with the option to either wait for the item or cancel your order for a full refund.
